Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis is performed on an Advanced ChemTech Apogee and model 90 synthesizers. Three scales of synthesis using Fmoc chemistry are offered. There is no set-up cost for on-campus users. In case of phospho-AA or any unusual AA, the cost of reagents will be added to the overall price. Turn-around time is 14-21 working days depending on the characteristics of the peptide and the time required for purification and analysis.

Per Residue Cost
  • 5-20 mg after purification - $20.00
  • 20-50 mg after purification - $30.00
  • 50-120 mg after purification - $40.00
  • Over 120 mg - call to inquire
  • Peptide purifictaion (prep or semi-prep HPLC) - $100 and up (depending on quantity needed)

Note: For clients outside the University of Kansas, the cost is 50 % more than the listed prices.
